We have a zero-tolerance policy toward modern slavery anywhere in our business and our supply chain. This policy reflects our commitment to act ethically and with integrity within the Vort group of companies and in all our business relationships. Additionally, this policy reflects our commitment to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that modern slavery does not take place anywhere in our business or supply chain.

To support our policy and to identify and mitigate risks, we:

• have systems in place to encourage the reporting of concerns and protect whistleblowers;
• expect all points in the supply chain to adopt adequate policies and processes against modern slavery;
