Product Licensing & Unit of Measurement Definitions

How Insutec modules, users, and usage are defined and measured for licensing purposes.

Modules

Insutec is licensed by module (for example, Claims Automation, GI Reserving, or Regulatory Reporting). Your license covers the specific modules included in your plan, as described in your order form or quote.

Users

A "user" is an individual with a named login to Insutec. Your plan includes a maximum number of users as set out in your order form. Shared or generic logins are not permitted under standard licensing terms.

Policy and claims volume

Where a plan is scoped to a specific book size, "policy count" refers to active, in-force policies, and "claims volume" refers to claims opened within a given license period, regardless of eventual outcome.

Support tiers

Standard and Priority support are defined by response time commitments and escalation paths, as set out in your order form.

This page describes our general approach to product licensing. Your specific license terms are governed by your order form and master agreement with Vort.
